The Person Behind
Leviathan Yoga
Hi, I'm Victoria.
I've been practicing yoga for more than a decade, and what keeps bringing me back isn't the pursuit of a perfect pose. It's the opportunity to learn something about myself.
Yoga has taught me to pay attention. To notice the relationship between what happens in my body and what happens in my mind. To recognize patterns, question assumptions, and become more intentional about how I respond to the world around me.
That curiosity is at the heart of Leviathan Yoga.
I believe yoga is a practice of exploration, not achievement. Some days we discover strength or ease. Other days we encounter frustration, discomfort, or resistance. None of those experiences mean we're doing it wrong. They're opportunities to learn.
As a teacher, I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable exploring their own experiences without pressure to perform or achieve a particular outcome. I offer guidance, options, and encouragement, but I believe each person is ultimately the authority on their own body and experience.
My hope is that what you discover in your practice continues to serve you long after you've left the mat.
Authentic photography from the retreat will go here.
